Android 7.1.1 Nougat Update for ASUS ZenFone 3 Zoom.

[dropcap]F[/dropcap]inally official announced that Android 7.1.1 Nougat Update for ASUS ZenFone 3 Zoom. This update is full of upgrades and improvements to the Android OS as well as the ZenFone 3 Zoom itself.

Portrait mode as well as RAW image support are introduced, to better maximize the smartphone’s photography-related capabilities. Additionally, this camera-driven smartphone will now be able to take advantage of the features from Google’s mobile OS, Android 7.1.1 Nougat, including multi-window view, notification-screen replies, and improved customization settings, among others.

Android 7.1.1 Nougat update features include:

• Multi-Window View – Run two apps side by side
• Quick App Switch – Switch between apps with a double tab
• Notification Directly Reply – Reply to messages right inside the notification screen
• 72 New Emojis – Select new emoji genders and skin tones
• Data Saver – Limit how much data the device uses
• Notification Controls – Choose app notification preferences
• Display Size – Change the size of texts and icons

The ZenUI interface do have some improvement with the Android 7.1.1 Nougat update. ZenFone 3 Zoom users can expect a notification for the software update on their phones, and can also check for the update by navigating to ‘System Update’ on their ‘Settings’ screen.
