Apple Malaysia has just revised the retail price of the older generation iPhones in the local market.
Being said, these iPhone models that received a price revision are iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 5s.
This price hike is rather shocking to local consumers as Apple has just announced their new iPhones.
Based on the chart shown above, apart from the two iPhone 5S models and another 16GB iPhone 6 variant, the price for the rest of the current on sale iPhone devices have been increased.
It is undeniable that the reason behind the decision why Apple Malaysia will increase the price is foreseeable. This is mainly due to the poor exchange rate of USD to Ringgit Malaysia which we hope the economy in our country will pull into a much better shape in the near future.
Besides the price revision, Apple has also removed the gold color option for the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 5s.
