The HUAWEI FIT supports multiple forms of exercise including walking, running,
cycling, swimming and treadmill workouts, with different modes monitoring different
data. It automatically identifies users’ walking and running status and records data,
including goals such as distance, calories, times and fat burning. The HUAWEI FIT
also provides detailed sleep analysis, tracking sleeping and waking times including
sleep stages, such as light sleep and deep sleep.
